Refund policy

Please note the following before using the product:
• Soy wax candles are all handmade. If the surface is slightly uneven, it is a normal phenomenon.
• The color of the product may be slightly different due to shooting or lighting

Return Policy (excluding Refill Service)
You may return your online order, or items within it, for an exchange or a refund following the conditions outlined below, your statutory rights are not affected:

• The items must be returned within 7 business days from date of receiving.
• The items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such product(s) to you within 30 days of our notification.
• If you are returning the item due to a fault or damage in transit this must be stated on through Contact Us. We encourage you to specify on the Return Form any information that could help us understand the reason for your return e.g. broken or damaged, incorrect item ordered…

Return process

To make a return, we invite you to follow these steps:

Please clearly indicate through Contact Us:
- Your order number
- Your contact number
- The name and quantity of each item being returned and the reason for the return
We will arrange a pick-up from our courier service. Please prepare your parcel and hand over your package to our courier, SF Express.

 

Refunds
• Please allow 10 business days for the process and verification after receipt.
• Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made towards the original credit card used for such purchase. The time to post a credit to your account is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your own issuing banks for details.

 

Cancellations and Exchanges
• If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you through Contact Us to reach out us and we will assist you in the process.
Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
If you wish to exchange an item for another reference, we kindly invite you to place a new order and return the original product back to us following the returns process returns process.
